چکیده
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang pemaknaan ketangguhan akademik oleh dosen di kedua perguruan tinggi tersebut dan apa saja pemaknaan, adaptasi, inovasi yang dilakukan responden meningkatkan akademiknya dalam menjalankan tridharma tinggi. Formulir Google mengumpulkan survei online dari profesor agama Islam negeri swasta. Jajak pendapat disebar via WhatsApp ke seluruh jaringan PTAI Negeri Swasta. Menurut penelitian, mendefinisikan sebagai kemampuan menyesuaikan diri menghadapi hambatan tuntutan selama proses belajar mengajar situasi menuntut. Hanya sebagian kecil melihat terkait dengan siswa beradaptasi tantangan tekanan lingkungan Sebagian besar memandang perlunya adaptasi kegiatan tinggi, pelayanan administrasi akademik, pengelolaan sumber daya pendukung akademik. juga menilai signifikansi faktor pribadi profesional berkontribusi terhadap seorang guru.
